1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 Tbsp matcha green tea powder
1/2 – 1 cup sweetener of choice
9 cups water
In a saucepan, bring 3 cups of water to a boil.
Remove from heat and stir in sifted matcha powder and sweetener of choice.
Once dissolved, add lemon juice and 6 cups of cold water.
Allow to chill in the fridge for 2 hours or longer.
Serve over ice and enjoy!
Or, pour into popsicle molds and freeze (6-8 hours, or overnight).
Yields 9 cups of lemonade, or ~18 popsicles.
