This chocolate shell is seriously like MAGIC! Drizzle it on your frozen treat and watch it harden before your eyes! Amazing! Plus, it’s easily made vegan – just use dairy free chocolate chips! Clean and delicious, with only two ingredients!
1 cup Chocolate chips dairy-free
2-3 Tbsp Coconut oil
Melt chocolate chips and oil in a microwave for about 1 minute.
Allow to sit for a few minutes and stir until creamy.
Drizzle on top of ice cream and watch it harden before your eyes!
Store in a glass jar in the fridge for up to a month.
Reheat in 30 second intervals in the microwave until liquidy and warm. Yields 1 cup.
