Jalapeño Honey Hummus

I am not even a jalapeño fan, but this is my current favorite hummus recipe! The perfect amount of sweetness and spice all in one delicious, healthy spread!

Ingredients

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 can of garbanzo beans 15oz, drained and rinsed
  • 2-3 tsp garlic fresh
  • 2 Tbsp honey sub maple syrup for vegan
  • 1-2 jalapeño seeded if desired
  • 2 Tbsp lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp tahini
  • Procedure

  • Combine all ingredients in a food processor until creamy as desired. Adjust seasonings to taste.
  • Serve with crackers or veggies for dipping, or use on sandwiches!
