Homemade Dried Blueberries

Dried fruit is one of the EASIEST healthy snack recipes! Just pop your blueberries into the oven on low heat overnight, and you’ve got delicious dried fruit—no added sugars necessary!


  • 2 cups blueberries (enough to cover 1 baking sheet)
  • Procedure

  • Preheat oven to 150°F (65°C). (Or 250°F (120°C), if your oven doesn’t go that low.)
  • Spread out blueberries on a baking sheet lined with parchment and sprayed.
  • Bake at 150°F (65°C) overnight—for 12 to 14 hours. (Baking at 250°F (120°C) for 6 to 8 hours will work, too.)
  • Check on them after about 6 to 8 hours, and keep checking until they’ve shriveled up and dried, to make sure they don’t burn or turn to a crisp!
  • Yields about 1.5 cups dried blueberries.
