Sangria is a refreshing summer drink that can easily be healthified! It’s packed with fruit and nutritious ingredients! Get creative with your favorites! Simply sub the grape juice for wine if you’d like this to be alcoholic.
1 cup apple juice
3 cups grape juice
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1/2 cup orange juice
3 cups seltzer water
Add chopped fruit to a pitcher.
Add all juices to the pitcher.
Refrigerate 3 hours to overnight.
When ready to serve, add seltzer water.
Serving: 8 oz glass
