Go-Gurt

Who wouldn’t want a tasty yogurt snack on-the-go? This ‘90s snack was genius by design, and now you can make your own health-ified version! All you need is yogurt, your favorite fruits, and sweetener. I made 3 combinations: blueberries & raspberries, strawberries & banana slices, and mango & pineapple! You could also use coconut yogurt to make this recipe vegan.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup fruit of choice
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp sweetener
  • Procedure

  • Add yogurt, fruit, and sweetener to a food processor or blender. Blend until integrated.
  • Transfer Go-Gurt mixture from food processor or blender and into a measuring cup. Using a funnel, pour Go-Gurt mixture into plastic Go-Gurt bag and seal.
  • Refrigerate, or freeze for a summer treat!
  • Lasts 3-5 days in the fridge.
  • Yields 5 Go-Gurt packets.
