Ingredients

Dressing
  • 1 Tbsp Fresh ginger minced
  • 1 Tbsp Honey
  • 1 Lime juiced
  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1 Orange juiced
  • Fruit Salad
  • 1 cup Grapes
  • 3 Kiwi
  • 2 Pears peeled & chopped
  • 2 cups Pineapple chopped
  • 1/2 cup Pomegranate arils
  • Procedure

  • Whisk together the dressing ingredients.
  • Add the fruit and toss lightly to combine.
