French Toast in a Mug

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp almond milk
  • 1 slice of bread
  • 1⁄4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp raisins optional
  • pinch of salt
  • 1⁄8 tsp vanilla extract
  • Procedure

  • Whisk together egg, maple syrup, cinnamon, vanilla & salt.
  • Mix in bread and raisins. Submerge the bread completely and allow to soak for 5 minutes.
  • Microwave for 2 minutes, pausing every 30 seconds for about a 10 second break.
  • Cool slightly before devouring.
