2 Tbsp almond milk
1 slice of bread
1⁄4 tsp cinnamon
1 Tbsp maple syrup
1 Tbsp raisins optional
pinch of salt
1⁄8 tsp vanilla extract
Whisk together egg, maple syrup, cinnamon, vanilla & salt.
Mix in bread and raisins. Submerge the bread completely and allow to soak for 5 minutes.
Microwave for 2 minutes, pausing every 30 seconds for about a 10 second break.
Cool slightly before devouring.
