- maple syrup
- vanilla extract
- Whisk together egg, maple syrup, cinnamon, vanilla & salt.
- Mix in bread and raisins. Submerge the bread completely and allow to soak for 5 minutes.
- Microwave for 2 minutes, pausing every 30 seconds for about a 10 second break.
- Cool slightly before devouring.
