A convenient, tasty, and super healthy meatloaf! One of the easiest dinners you’ll ever make! This meatloaf is made to FREEZE, so you can make it at your convenience and then freeze it for later. Take it out of the freezer and put it in the refrigerator to thaw the night before, then it’ll be ready to cook the next day! Lasts 6 months in the freezer.
1/2 cup Bell peppers chopped
2 Garlic cloves
1/2 cup Green onion chopped
1/2 tsp Ground mustard
20 oz Ground turkey breast extra lean
1 Tbsp Honey **for glaze
1/4 cup Ketchup **for glaze
1/2 tsp Lemon pepper
1 Onion small, chopped
1/2 tsp Pepper
1/2 cup Quick oats
1/4 cup Red sauce
1/4 tsp Sage
1/4 tsp Salt
1 Tbsp Worcestershire **for glaze
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Combine all ingredients BESIDES 3 ingredients for glaze**.
Place in an ungreased 9×5 inch loaf pan lined with foil and freeze.
Thaw overnight before using.
To cook, preheat oven to 350°F.
Make and add glaze (ketchup, Worcestershire, honey).
Bake uncovered at 350º for about an hour.
Let cool to room temperature and serve.
