Eggnog Overnight Oats

Have a holiday-flavored breakfast with these overnight oats that use EGGNOG instead of milk! It’s an easy meal prep recipe and a great way to switch things up during the Fall and Winter seasons. Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup eggnog
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • 1/3 cup oats
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla bean powder
  • Procedure

  • Add dry ingredients to a jar or plastic container. Shake well to mix.
  • The night before you want to eat your oats, add eggnog to container and mix.
  • Refrigerate overnight.
  • Serve cold and enjoy!
  • For meal prep, multiply recipe by 5 and distribute into 5 jars!
