This cookie dough is DESIGNED to be eaten! No baking into cookies required, and NO eggs, so this is absolutely safe to devour “raw!”
1 can of chickpeas 15 oz, drained and rinsed
3 Tbsp chocolate chips dark
2 Tbsp honey sub maple syrup for vegan
1/3-1/2 cup peanut butter
pinch of salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
Add beans, peanut butter, honey, vanilla, and salt to your food processor. Blend until super smooth and creamy– a few minutes. This should not be grainy at all, if it is– KEEP processing.
