Easy Tomato Soup

One of the easiest soups you’ll ever make! Super simple and full of flavor! Perfect for dipping or great on its own. This recipe is vegan and under $0.65 per serving!


  • 3/4 cup Almond milk
  • 1 Onion diced
  • 1/4 tsp Oregano
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 28 oz Tomatoes crushed, canned
  • 3/4 cup Water
  • Procedure

  • Combine tomatoes, water, onions and salt in a large pot.
  • Mix to combine over medium high heat and bring to a simmer.
  • Turn down the heat and allow to simmer uncovered for about 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Add in oregano and milk for creaminess.
  • Mix well to combine, and blend in a blender.
