3/4 cup Almond milk
1 Onion diced
1/4 tsp Oregano
1/4 tsp Salt
28 oz Tomatoes crushed, canned
3/4 cup Water
Combine tomatoes, water, onions and salt in a large pot.
Mix to combine over medium high heat and bring to a simmer.
Turn down the heat and allow to simmer uncovered for about 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add in oregano and milk for creaminess.
Mix well to combine, and blend in a blender.
Serving: 1/2 cup
