2 cups broth
1/4 cup cilantro chopped
2 tsp garlic powder
3 cups minute brown rice uncooked
2 tsp onion powder
pepper to taste
salt to taste
1.5 cups tomato sauce
Add everything (except cilantro) to a pot and bring to boil.
Reduce heat to a simmer and cover, until all liquid is absorbed (about 15 minutes).
Remove from heat and stir in cilantro.
Serving: 1 serving,
