3 cups Brown rice cooked
1/2 cup Chopped onion
24 oz Frozen mixed vegetables
2 Garlic cloves minced
1 Tbsp Olive oil
1/2 tsp Sesame oil
3 Tbsp Soy sauce
Saute onion and garlic in olive oil, until translucent.
Add frozen vegetables and allow to heat and soften, around 6-8 minutes.
Add rice, soy sauce & sesame oil, seasoning to taste.
