Easy 2-Ingredient Dessert Souffle´

Looking for an EASY but elegant dessert? Well, it can’t get much easier than 2-ingredients, eh? If you’ve ever been intimidated by a souffle´– DON’T BE! It’s easier than you’d think!


  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • Procedure

  • Preheat oven to 325F. (I use 315 but my oven seems to get hotter than most)
  • Separate your whites and yolks.
  • Whisk the yolks and honey together. Set aside.
  • Beat the whites to firm peaks using a hand mixer.
  • Fold the honey/yolk mixture into your whites, but do not over-mix.
  • Pour into 2 single-serve ramekins.
  • Bake for about 15 minutes. (This is literally the only tricky part– when it comes to a souffle´, you’ll find more success if you can avoid opening the oven before they are done. If your oven has a window, this will help you. Keep the oven CLOSED. My oven does not have a window, so I sort of have to guess, but after doing this a few times I know that 15 minutes is about perfect for my oven!)
