DIY Butterfinger

This Butterfinger recipe is still candy, but this version is cleaner, just as delicious, and totally vegan! An awesome treat to make for Halloween, or any time!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Corn flakes
  • 2/3 cup Dairy-free chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup Maple syrup
  • 1 cup Peanut butter
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • Procedure

  • Combine maple syrup, peanut butter, and salt in a saucepan over medium heat until smooth.
  • Stir in crushed corn flakes, coating completely.
  • Transfer to 8×8
  • Freeze for 1 hour.
  • Melt chocolate and spread evenly over block of candy.
  • Return to freezer for 1 hour.
  • Cut into bars and devour!
