A perfect protein and fiber packed snack! Feel free to season yours as you desire–savory or sweet!
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp cayenne to taste
1 can of chickpeas 15 oz, drained and rinsed
1 tsp curry powder
1 tsp olive oil
1/4 tsp salt
Preheat oven to 350F.
Toss chickpeas in oil and seasonings.
Transfer to a baking sheet lined with foil and sprayed, and cook for 20 minutes.
Allow to cool completely before devouring– they’ll crisp up more as they cool!
Serving: 1/4 cup
