Curry Roasted Chickpeas

A perfect protein and fiber packed snack! Feel free to season yours as you desire–savory or sweet!

Ingredients

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne to taste
  • 1 can of chickpeas 15 oz, drained and rinsed
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Procedure

  • Preheat oven to 350F.
  • Toss chickpeas in oil and seasonings.
  • Transfer to a baking sheet lined with foil and sprayed, and cook for 20 minutes.
  • Allow to cool completely before devouring– they’ll crisp up more as they cool!
