Creamy Avocado Pasta

Avocado is an awesome ingredient for creamy and flavorful pasta sauces! No CREAM is necessary!


  • 2-4 Tbsp almond milk
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/3-1/2 cup basil to taste
  • 1-2 garlic cloves
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2-3 Tbsp onions chopped
  • 12 oz pasta
  • pepper to taste
  • salt to taste
  • 1 cup spinach
  • Procedure

  • Cook pasta according to package directions.
  • Combine all remaining ingredients in a food processor or blender, adding the liquid slowly until you get a nice creamy consistency.
  • Coat pasta in the delicious sauce and enjoy! Great warm or cold!
