Vegan Cookies & Cream Bar

You can make your own Cookies & Cream Bars at home! This recipe is still candy, but it uses cleaner ingredients and is an option for a vegan lifestyle! Make these for Halloween, or any time you like!

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup Coconut butter
  • 3 Tbsp Maple syrup
  • 2/3 cup Raw cacao butter chopped
  • 6 Sandwich cookies (oreos)
  • 3 Tbsp Sweetener or additional syrup
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • Procedure

  • Crush up sandwich cookies and add to candy bar mold.
  • Melt cacao butter over medium low-heat in a double boiler, stirring frequently.
  • Add coconut butter, sweetener/syrup, and vanilla. Whisk to combine.
  • Pour into molds while still warm and mixed.
  • Top with some additional crushed sandwich cookies.
  • Refrigerate 2 hours before popping out of the molds to enjoy!
