If you’re a coconut lover, this smoothie was made for YOU! The coconut cream creates a rich, creamy texture, while the coconut water adds natural sweetness. You may not even need to add sweetener! There are SO many forms of coconut in this smoothie, making it super flavorful and loaded with healthy nutrients. And it’s vegan!
1 cup coconut cream (chilled)
1/4 tsp coconut extract
1/4 cup coconut milk
1/4 cup coconut shreds or coconut meat
1/4 cup coconut water
1 cup ice cubes
1 Tbsp maple syrup
1/4 cup raw cashews (soaked)
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into a glass, serve, and enjoy!
I like to top mine with some toasted coconut flakes and coconut whipped cream, but you can use any toppings you prefer!
