Coconut Banana Cream Boba
This boba milk tea is bursting with creamy, tropical flavors! Use a ripe banana, and you don’t even need to add any sweetener. I personally like to use a frozen banana, for a thicker, creamier drink! This is a much cleaner and healthier alternative to traditional boba milk tea, just remember that the tapioca (boba) balls aren’t great fuel and it’s best to enjoy them in moderation!
1 banana frozen
2 Tbsp coconut cream
15 oz coconut milk (canned)
1/3 cup cooked boba
Boil boba for 3 minutes. Sweeten with 10 drops liquid stevia.
Drain boba balls, add to a cup.
Blend frozen banana, coconut cream, and coconut milk together.
Pour milk tea over boba, serve with a boba straw, and enjoy!
Serving: 1 cup
