Coconut Avocado Frozen Yogurt

Fro-yo is easier to make than you may think! And you can easily make this frozen yogurt vegan if you use coconut or soy yogurt! Get creative with different flavors and mix-ins! If you buy really sweet and ripe fruit, you shouldn’t need any sweetener!

Ingredients

  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 can of Coconut cream 15 oz
  • 3 Tbsp Coconut flakes optional mix-in
  • 2 Tbsp Lime juice
  • Sweetener added to taste
  • 1 cup Yogurt your choice – Greeek, regular, coconut, soy
  • Procedure

  • Combine all ingredients (except for optional mix-in) in the food processor or blender and blend until smooth. (Feel free to leave it chunky if you prefer chunks!)
  • Stir in your optional mix-in.
  • Transfer mixture to a freezer safe container and freeze for 6 hours. (I recommend removing the container every 45 minutes or so and stirring the mixture to
