Cinnamon Toasted Almonds

Almonds are an amazing source of fuel, filled with healthy fats and protein! Turn them into a fuel-filled sweet treat with this easy recipe!


  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 cups raw almonds
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla
  • Procedure

  • Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the coconut sugar, salt and, cinnamon.
  • In a separate large bowl, beat egg whites until frothy, then mix in vanilla.
  • Add almonds and stir gently to coat.
  • Add cinnamon sugar to nut mixture and stir gently to coat.
  • Spread evenly onto two greased 15-in. x 10-in. x 1-in. baking pans. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until almonds are crisp, stirring once.
  • Allow to cool before enjoying!
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container.
