Cinnamon Glazed Pecans

Candied pecans are a holiday classic—and this lightened-up cinnamon glazed pecans recipe requires NO oven, no oil and no egg whites! Coated in a simple cinnamon sugar syrup, they’re light, sweet, and crispy—like a churro, but more nutritious!


  • 1 Tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup coconut sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 cups roasted pecans (or raw)
  • 1/3 cup water
  • Procedure

  • Combine coconut sugar, cinnamon, salt, and water in a skillet. Cover and cook over medium heat until the sugar has dissolved, and then stir in the pecans.
  • Coat pecans completely and stir for about 8-10 minutes, until the mixture is dry.
  • Spread out on parchment paper and allow to cool.
  • Serve and enjoy!
  • Yields ~2 cups glazed pecans.
