Get a taste of Christmas with this DIY Starbucks Christmas cookie Frappuccino! It’s all the deliciousness of a cool, creamy Frappuccino, infused with tasty cookie flavors like peppermint, toffee nut, and caramel. Top with whipped cream, raw sugar, and date syrup—or your favorite toppings! I use grass-fed butter to make this a Christmas-flavored Bulletproof coffee, but you can always leave the butter out if you prefer.
1 cup coconut cream
3/4 cup coffee
2 Tbsp grass-fed butter
1.5 cups ice cubes
1/2 tsp maple extract
3/4 cup milk of choice (I used almond milk)
1/2 tsp peppermint extract
1/8 tsp salt
2 Tbsp sweetener of choice (to taste)
1/2 tsp vanilla paste
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend together.
Pour into your cup, serve, and enjoy!
Top with whipped cream, raw sugar, and date syrup, or your favorite toppings!
