Chocolate Peanut Butter Frozen Yogurt

Fro-yo is easier to make than you may think! And you can easily make this frozen yogurt vegan if you use coconut or soy yogurt! Get creative with different flavors and mix-ins! If you buy really sweet and ripe fruit, you shouldn’t need any sweetener!

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp Chocolate chips optional mix-in, dairy-free if preferred
  • 2 Tbsp Cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup Peanut butter
  • Sweetener added to taste
  • 2 cups Yogurt your choice – Greeek, regular, coconut, soy
  • Procedure

  • Combine all ingredients (except for optional mix-in) in the food processor or blender and blend until smooth. (Feel free to leave it chunky if you prefer chunks!)
  • Stir in your optional mix-in.
