Fro-yo is easier to make than you may think! And you can easily make this frozen yogurt vegan if you use coconut or soy yogurt! Get creative with different flavors and mix-ins! If you buy really sweet and ripe fruit, you shouldn’t need any sweetener!
3 Tbsp Chocolate chips optional mix-in, dairy-free if preferred
2 Tbsp Cocoa powder
1/2 cup Peanut butter
Sweetener added to taste
2 cups Yogurt your choice – Greeek, regular, coconut, soy
Combine all ingredients (except for optional mix-in) in the food processor or blender and blend until smooth. (Feel free to leave it chunky if you prefer chunks!)
Stir in your optional mix-in.
Transfer mixture to a freezer safe container and freeze for 6 hours. (I recommend removing the container every 45 minutes or so and stirring the mixture to
