Here’s a dish that’s stacked with flavor and SO beautiful – you’ll be the talk of the party if you bring this dish to your holiday potluck! It’s a simple, fresh choice that’s as tasty as it is nutritious. Get creative with this recipe by mixing and matching with your favorite ingredients!   • 2 stalks Celery chopped
  • 1 cup Dried cranberries
  • 1 cup Feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup Pecans
  • 1 cup Quinoa cooked
  • 1 Red apple medium, chopped
  • 1 Red onion sliced into rings
  • 1 cup Spinach
  • Dressing
  • 3 Tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tsp Dijon
  • 1 Tbsp Honey
  • 1 Lemon juiced
  • 3 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp Paprika
  • 1 Tbsp Poppy seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Sesame seeds
  • Procedure

  • Layer ingredients into a large trifle dish as desired. This recipe is flexible to your taste, in terms of the amount of each ingredient you use and the order that they’re stacked in.
  • Combine dressing ingredients, whisk together, and store separately on the side.
  • Add dressing and toss salad before serving to guests.
