These little nuggets are packed with veggies! It’s easier to get kids to eat veggies when the veggies taste good!
- egg whites
- garlic cloves
- garlic powder
- Preheat oven to 375ºF.
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Start with 1/3 cup egg whites and add more to thin the mixture if it seems too thick. It should be like a thick pancake batter consistency.
- Transfer to a mini muffin tin. I was able to get 24 mini muffin
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, until the tops begin to brown and spring back slightly when touched.
- Allow to cool before removing and devouring!
Serving: 1 nugget yields 24 servings
