Blueberry Pie Smoothie

This nutritious smoothie is simple, sweet, and delicious—and it tastes just like blueberry pie! The perfect, healthy way to satisfy a sweet tooth. Blueberries are nutritional all-stars, with one of the highest levels antioxidants of ANY food! I like to use frozen blueberries because they’re cheap, just as nutritious, and I can get them at any time of year. Use dairy-free milk and yogurt to keep this smoothie vegan!

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp almond butter
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/4 cup milk of choice
  • 3 Tbsp oats
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup yogurt of choice
  • Procedure

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour into a glass, serve, and enjoy!
  • I like to top mine with fresh blueberries or some coconut whipped cream, but you can use any toppings you prefer!
