Black Bean Guacamole

Black Bean Guacamole

Not your average guac! There are so many sneaky veggies in this guac, but you’d never even know! The broccoli and green bell pepper give this dip an awesome crunch, and the black beans add a hearty texture.

Ingredients

  • 3 avocados
  • 1 cup black beans drained & rinsed
  • 1/2 cup broccoli finely chopped
  • 3 Tablespoons cilantro
  • 1 garlic cloves minced
  • 1/4 cup green bell pepper diced
  • 1 Tbsp lime juice
  • 1/4 cup red onion diced
  • salt to taste
  • Procedure

  • Mash avocados.
  • Mix all other ingredients in (except for black beans). Season to taste with salt.
  • Then, stir in black beans, serve, and devour!
