One of my favorite go-to meals… These babies are delicious and satisfying, and a great high protein vegetarian option! I always top mine with a fried egg, salsa, Greek yogurt (as sour cream) and avocado, but you can dress yours however you’d like!
1 can of black beans 15oz, drained & rinsed
black pepper to taste
1/4 cup bread crumbs gluten free if desired
1 tsp garlic minced
salt to taste
Combine all ingredients in food processor or blender.
Form into 4 patties.
Cook on a skillet using cooking spray (or oil if you prefer) until browned on each side (about 4-5 minutes per side).
Serve with desired toppings!
Serving: 1 patty
