A beautiful color that’s all natural! Low in fat with NO added oil!
1 beet chopped (about 1/2 cup)
pinch of black pepper
pinch of cayenne to taste, optional
1/2 tsp cumin
1 can of garbanzo beans 15oz, drained and rinsed
1 tsp garlic
1/4 cup greek yogurt
1/8 tsp salt
Combine all ingredients in a a food processor. Adjust ingredients to taste. Chill if preferred.
Devour with homemade pita chips or fresh vegetables!
Store in fridge.
Serving: 2 Tbsp
