This delicious fruit blend is loaded with antioxidants, has some natural sweetness from the banana, and is thick enough to eat with a spoon. Feel free to get creative with your favorite toppings!


Smoothie Bowl Blend
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 banana frozen
  • 1 cup frozen acai puree, unsweetened
  • 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
  • 3 Tbsp oats
  • sweetener of choice (if desired)
  • Toppings
  • blueberries
  • chia seeds
  • coconut shreds
  • fresh mint
  • granola
  • pumpkin seeds
  • raspberries
  • strawberry slices
  • Procedure

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend. You really want a THICKER-than-smoothie texture, because it’s meant to be eaten with a spoon!
  • Pour your mixture into a bowl and add toppings. I used coconut shreds, chia seeds, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, pumpkin seeds, and granola—but you can use whatever you’d like!
  • Yields enough fruit mixture to make 2 acai bowls.
