Avocado White Bean Hummus

Avocado White Bean Hummus

Avocado is so creamy it makes the perfect base for a hummus! I prefer to make this one with white beans, but normal garbanzos will work just fine, too! This is delicious on sandwiches!


  • 1 avocado
  • 2-3 tsp garlic fresh
  • 2 Tbsp lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1/3 cup parsley fresh
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • 1 Tbsp tahini
  • 1 can of white beans 15oz, drained and rinsed
  • Procedure

  • Combine all ingredients in a food processor until creamy as desired. Adjust seasonings to taste. I topped with olive oil and additional white beans!
  • Serve with crackers or veggies for dipping, or use on sandwiches!
