  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 Tbsp cilantro chopped
  • 1/4 tsp sesame oil
  • sesame seeds for topping
  • 1/2 tsp soy sauce
  • Procedure

  • Mash half of an avocado, leaving it fairly chunky.
  • Add soy sauce, sesame oil and cilantro to avocado and mix to combine, seasoning to taste.
  • Serve in avocado shell and top with sesame seeds.
  • Enjoy!
