Enjoy this Asian Avocado Mash as a snack, or as a delicious dip! It’s packed with flavor and healthy fats, it’s so easy to make, and it’s vegan!
1 Tbsp cilantro chopped
1/4 tsp sesame oil
sesame seeds for topping
1/2 tsp soy sauce
Mash half of an avocado, leaving it fairly chunky.
Add soy sauce, sesame oil and cilantro to avocado and mix to combine, seasoning to taste.
Serve in avocado shell and top with sesame seeds.
Serving: 1/2 avocado
