Antioxidant Kale Smoothie!

This dark, rich antioxidant smoothie is a great way to get in loads of vitamins and minerals, and it tastes great!

Ingredients

  • 1/4 avocado frozen/thawed
  • 1/2 banana frozen/thawed
  • 1/3 cup berries frozen
  • 2/3 cup cashew milk
  • 1 1/2 cups kale
  • sweetener to taste (I used maple syrup)
  • Procedure

  • Combine all ingredients into your blender
  • Blend, and enjoy!
