Acai Chia Pudding

This breakfast isn’t just colorful and delicious—it’s SO nutritious! Acai is an antioxidant powerhouse, and chia seeds are an amazing source of plant-based omega-3 fats. In combination, you’ve got a fuel-filled and satisfying way to start the day! This is a great meal prep recipe that you can just grab from the fridge and enjoy cold!


  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 3/4 cup frozen acai puree, unsweetened thawed
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • sweetener of choice (to taste)
  • pinch of vanilla extract
  • Toppings
  • banana slices
  • blueberries
  • coconut flakes
  • Procedure

  • Allow frozen acai to thaw.
  • Add all pudding ingredients together in a bowl and whisk to combine. Transfer into 2 mason jars.
  • Store in fridge for 8 hours minimum.
  • When ready to enjoy, stir and serve cold.
  • Add blueberries, bananas, and coconut flakes on top, or your favorite toppings!
