I’ve had more requests for Bento Box lunches than anything else, so we spent months creating this baby! In this book you’ll find 35 Bento Box combinations and over 100 recipes, offering lunch ideas for all lifestyles– vegan, vegetarian, traditional and even some seafood dishes for pescetarian friends! I also offer plant based substitutions whenever appropriate. All of the bento boxes are designed to be well balanced meals containing a protein or main dish, fruit, vegetable, starch/grain, and snack or sweet, AND they are all specifically created to be between 450 and 550 calories for your convenience! Macros are included for individual recipes as well, and all ingredients are noted in grams for our international friends! Great for inspiring kids or adults!
