1 cup cooked savory oatmeal base

½ tsp curry powder

¼ cup frozen pearl onions, roasted

2 Tbsp diced prunes (or raisins)

2 Tbsp pumpkin seeds


  • Roast frozen pearl onions at 400°F (200°C) for 20-25 minutes.
  • Stir curry powder into warm savory oatmeal base.
  • Add all toppings to oatmeal, serve, and enjoy!
