4 coconut milk ice cubes (or ~-½ cup coconut milk)

1 Tbsp coconut oil or MCT oil

2 Tbsp almond butter

1 Tbsp flax meal

½ tsp cinnamon

sweetener of choice, to taste

pinch of salt
